Information:
DM-1on1-TheCore is the first map released to the public by me. It also happens to be the longest I have ever sat at my computer to finish a project in a long time! :) Basically"The Core" is a 1 on 1 map that has a player load of 2 to 4 for the most enjoyable play. The map has three tiers and plenty of z-axis fighting opportunities. There is no new custom static meshes. I have not got enough experience with 3ds or Maya for that yet. There is, however, a nice rock custom music track in with the map. Hence the large file size. The full set of screenshots can be found here. Here we have Barballs first offering: a fast paced DM map centered around a refurbished power plant. Sure, the theme may seem a little trite, but this is hardly same song, second verse material. Bottom Line: A good DM map best played with several opponents. (full review)

I'm always telling people not to release their first maps, but occasionally an exception arises, and that's what we have here. Barballs' first offering is a very good effort. Definitely give it a try if you enjoy maps like DM-HealPod; you won't be disappointed. I expect we'll be seeing some great stuff from this author in the future! (full review)
