Technocracy Recruitment Letter
I was cleaning up old files on my computer and I came across this for my old Technocracy Campaign. It was a “recruitment letter” to get a few new players but we moved on long to other stuff long before I sent it.
So here is to old characters and forgotten adventures.
The Technocracy Needs You
If your an Engineer, IT Consultant, Accountant or just have a passing interest in the biazare, the Technocary needs you for it’s operations in Dublin.
Get your hands on next generation (and further) technocolgy, help mankind, explore deep space, the opportunities are boundless.
Work on the latest drugs, newest medical treatments, latest generation computers…
You’ll work with people with the same views as you, people you can share with and listen to. They wont laugh at your wildest theories but may even point out how accurate some of them are. We’re a team, we’re our mankinds secret heros.
You won’t suffer the knowledge of knowing that “maybe” theres something more, you’ll know and you have it in front of you. And you’ll be able to use this knowledge to help mankind.
But thats not all, you can lead the good fight to save mankind. You may already know but there are Aliens amoung us, there are Demons that plague us, there are people who destory the very foundations of reality itself… you may have already suffered at their hands. Join us and fight back with specially design tools and equipment or help design and make these tools themselves. No longer will you be left in the dark, you’ll get the alien bodies (unlike the fictional Mulder and Scully), your superiors will believe you, your evidence will be really used.
Joining us will entitle you to encouragement and support, equipment and most important, a purpose.
Joining us, there will no longer be “They”, there will just be “us”.
