The Rescue of Kat and June: Dragons

Besides Mestopholis the Cat we have a Dragon (who is wanted by the MiB). Then there is a Man in White who hates the Cabal. Oh dear, what will happen to Kat and June?

Session 25 Summary: Dragons

Title: Dragons
Time: 7pm, Wedensday 13th December 2000
Players: Fiachra and Peter

Summary:

Jacob heads off on some errand, leaving Nicholas and Martin sitting around. They decide to leave and head to Seattle, away from New York. Getting a flight is no problem until they realise there are MiBs aboard. One of them is handcuffed to some balding man. At the airport there is a mixup over Mestopholis’ box and the MiBs box. Both turn out to be empty.

Outside the airport, Mestopholis appears with a cab and a driver in his control. In the back there is baggage taken from the plane and a small dragon. The dragon is actually a dog in the shape of a dragon (though it can breath fire and fly). Nicholas manages to scrap about $2000 from the luggage and credit cards.

The Cab drives them to a house where the old lady is convince they are the new tenets that were meant to arrive next week.

They go to get some weapons, but Martin is having some difficulty switching between Imhotep and Wosret and demands Nicholas tells him while they sit in a coffee shop. Unfortantly a bum starts tring to attract MiB attention to them.

They go to a weapons store, but Martin (as Imhotep) is having problems with the shopkeeper and knocks him out. The MiBs see this and there is combat. Martin and Nicholas manage to escape only to be followed by the Bum. Nicholas uses “Rip the Man-Body” on him but the Bum turns into the demon bird. Nicholas tries to bind him and after a long struggle succeeds.

But Martin starts to slowly dissappear after contact with the bird. Mestopholis appears and restores Martin. He says that they are to meet someone here but Nicholas gets fed up with the cat. Moments later, Martin is standing in a dark land and Nicholas must follow.

There, after an encounter with a biting bolder, Martin and Nicholas met Kat’s sister, her conduit and potential. She says this is Nicholas’ old avatar personification but after Nicholas changed avatars this land started to die because the avatar had no longer a physical presonification.

(BTW Martin picks up a full suit of armour).

A message arrives and tells them that in exchange for June and Kat they want Nicholas. They disagree but learn that it is the Man in White that lived in the house that Nicholas rented. The house with a hellhole in the basement. But shortly afterwards a group of Fomori appear to attack them and Nicholas and Martin return to the real world.

There they head to New York after taking a longer route to avoid the MiB and police checkpoints.

Arriving in New York they find that the house has been built over. They go to the police station and have problems with their old friend Jack whos high and with a little help from Nicholas cause pandamonium.
