Session 26 Summary: To the end of the world
Title: To the end of the world
Time: 7pm, Wedensday 8th Feb 2001
Players: Fiachra, Peter, Grainne and Time
Summary:
Grainne in Cell. Tim in Space. Fiachra and Peter on Dark Corupter Island! 
Jacob had wandered a little space away from Wosret and Nicholas after escaping the cluthes of the MiB in the Umbra. He saw an old friend (Athoney). They talked briefly about the now destroyed chantry until a Man dressed in White (WiB) apppeared. A brief fight insued and Jacob found him self floating in space.
June wakes up and finds herself in a Cell. Kat is with her but extremly ill. A mark is on both there foreheads. June finds the cell door easy to open and she ventures out and tries to find the way out. She senses this is not earth. They find the stairs up and June goes on a bit alone. But is noticed by a black bird that flies up. Brown Orcs are heard coming. A Man dressed in White stands beside Kat. June jumps out him but he holds her in the air and then lets her go. June races by him with Kat. He does nothing but lets the Orcs by.
June holes up in one of the cells. The orcs can’t get in. After a while they place explosives at the door but June uses her sphere of forces to fling the explosives at the orcs and thereby blowing a large chunk out of the corridor.
Jacob was picked up by a Technocracy space ship (think back to the Umbra attack on the werewolves). Men in spaces suits approached him (though Jacob had no problem breathing in the space). They called Jacob a class 3 Reality Deviant, no treath but zapped him on board. Jacob wandered around, found an Iggy-morph in a cage. A strange creature that changed shape from docile animals to killer monsters.
Eventually the ship landed on a planet. Jacob was uncermonisily dumped from the ship. The men from the ship needed to ware space suits and acted as if it was zero-g. Jacob had no problems. The Iggy-morph was moved towards a large dark city built around a mountain. Jacob followed.
The City was full of half-human half-demon types who didn’t bat an eyelid at Jacob. After a while, Jacob spotted Anthony again. This time Anthony had no umbrella, hat or tie. He was unshaven and dashed from shadow to shadow. Jacob followed him and offered his help. Anthony excepted and they raced along corridors until they found a door which led to the dungeons.
The corridor in front of Jacob and Anthony blew up. As the dust settled, Jacob and Anthony climb down to find Kat and June in a cell. Together they attempt to escape.
The corridors of the castle offer no resistance. They get out of the castle easily and start to wander down the hill. One of the demons starts hassling them but when they dont’ give her want she wants she shouts out that “They are the ones” and the whole marketplace chases them. Anthony tries to stop them and they (without Anthony) manages to avoid them, hiding on roottops and eventually get outside, planning to sneak aboard the space ship.
But as they get close to the ship, a huge hand picks it up and carries it to the castle… (Sorry about the “hand of god” thing- it isn’t but we had to finish there so you never got to find out what was goign to happen next!)
Back on Earth, Nicholas and Wosret attempt to find the cop who dealth with the WiB case so long ago. They also research the WiB and find very little beyond what they knew, Brother of Anthony, Traitor to the Family etc. Nicholas tries to use the messanger to contact him but the messenger returns in pieces.
Someone takes their photograph and suddenly they start to fade out of existance. Nicholas slows it down and then attempts to jump into the Umbra to stop it only to find himself floating in the Deep Umbra. Wosret follows suite and so Nicholas (with Mestophilis and Wosret in tow) starts heading towards the source.
But then huge dragons (necks the size of motorways) race around them. A huge head (as big as a 4-storay building) tries to talk to them. It turns into a young man dressed in black. He says he is here to help them and he is servent to Nicholas. The dragons bring them to a golden castle on a planet.
But apon arrival, The Dark Corrupter appears. Wosret turns to Imhotep but is restrained by the dragon people. Wosret calls down the sky but everyone moves inside. The fountains and hillside surrounding the castle are devestated in the downfall.
Wosret is brought to a room. It is luxioursily decored. Nicholas tries to convince Wosret but Wosret does not agree. Better to die then serve.
Kat appears to Wosret and offers him a gift. Wosret ponders taking it. Kat then brings him to a chamber. An egyptain staff stands on a pedestal. It is one of 4 parts to a weapon that can destroy the Dark Corrupter. Kat says it’s his. Wosret takes it and discovers it can shrink very small. Wosret continues to ponders taking the first gift.
