Robert Muldowny (One of Snuggles’ Anchors)
A young adolescent who tortured cats. Snuggles made him into an Anchor. Baset, the Power of Cats, took vengeance on Robert by killing his parents and leaving his house full of Cats. Robert is still adjusting to his new role.
Deseire (One of Bucket’s Anchors)
An ex-lover of Bucket before his ennobling who Bucket turned into an Anchor.
Agent 39 (A Cammora Torturer for hire)
Agent 39 is a mortal torturer who was hired by Baset to enact her vengeance on the parents of Robert.
Mary (Cat Girl)
Mary is one of Baset’s “art projects”. Mary was an accountant until Baset partially transformed her into a cat by giving her whiskers, a cat’s snout and ears and a tail. She was kept as a “pet” by Baset in a cage naked. She was given to Snuggles as a gift.
Spoon (One of Ballard’ Anchors)
Spoon is a superb mortal hacker. After Ballard’s ennobling, Ballard sought him out and turned him into an Anchor. Infomatic though had previously claimed him and so Ballard traded a new digital encryption code for him.
