Disadvantages
Speech: The source of the problem is unknown. Simple or one word sentances are fine (with a little concentration) otherwise unable to form complex sentances. They become jumbled and his a habit of speaking under his voice when he’s under stress (in social situations).

Personality
Deathly Silence is in love with the sweet sound of silence before the explosion; the moment of apprehension before pulling the trigger, the closing in on the target before they fight back or the sound of one’s heartbeat while in the middle of frantic chase. Rarely speaks unless required or he feels strongly about it.

Deathly Silence Deathsuit is covered with flames of brillant blue colour. The DeathSuit is drapped with a ECM Cape that flaps in the breeze. He speaks little unless it is needed.

Background
Deathly Silence has always suffered a problem with speech which left him shy and quiet. He was an under-achiever in school and was bullied. His parents were once wealthy Ebon but, after his mother died and for other unknown reasons (at least to Deathly Silence), they had to leave Mort Central and live in (Upper) Downtown which further made life difficult for Deathly Silence.

While a teenager he was beaten quite seriousily by a local gang (for refusing to join) and ended up in hospital for months. They also ransacked his home. Before Deathly Silence could get out of hospital, his father killed himself.

Years later, Deathly Silence had tracked down the offenders and was steathly off-ing each them individually. During the last murder, a third eye camera crew was nearby and managed to capture the last gang members death (only seconds long of footage and probaly never made it to the screen) but it peeked the interest of a talent Scout who sought out Deathly Silence.

And so he became a SLA operative.

He had an obvious talent for Ebb Detect and was sponsered by Dark Lament during his training. During this time he discovered that he was due some money from his father’s inheritance but because he had lived prevousily in downtown no one had able to inform him. His parents extended family have tried to contact him but he has, so far, refused their communication.
