NPC’s

These are people of note that you have met, I’ll update this as we go along.

Ruby Mulligan – lead Downtown reporter for Channel 22 – Ruby is a young woman around the age of 24, she is known for taking extreme risks to get a story, especially if it involves the downfall of a serial killer. She first met the Murder of Crows when reporting on an episode of Gorezone on June 2nd 905 SD.

Doug (no surname given) – Ruby Mulligan’s field technical producer – Doug is in his late twenties, and knows everything he needs for his job, and few more tricks besides. He also first met the Murder of Crows at the June 2nd Gorezone.

Gralsh, Cloak Division, SCL 3C- A Necanthrope whose duties currently include laising with the ebb users of Pending 47. 8.5ft tall and completely hidden by his deathsuit, his aura causes ebons and brainwasters in his presence to feel worried. THey also experience a sensation akin to shrinking into themselves. Gralsh first became aware of the Murder of Crows while working on their case, and first met a member (In Feral Mortis) on June 1st 905 SD during a routine follow up investigation over grenade and force ebb kinetics usage.

Jason Midley, Cloak Division, SCL 5C- The cloak division officer currently dealing with the non-ebb members of Pending 47. Jason has a diamond smile and made for the top attitude. He first became aware of the Murder of Crows while working on their case, and first met a member (Lynda) on June 1st 905 SD during a routine follow up interrogation over grenade and Force Ebb Kinetics usage. Update Jason Midley is currently missing, and suspected of illegal activites.

Spinner – Current Contract Circuit champion – The old man of the circuit has never been beaten, nor even harmed. His clothing is loose and moves seemingly of its own free will, concealing his movement and stature, but he appears to be between 9 and 10ft tall. He is armed with a glyph scythe, a massive flick scythe adorned with dark lament glyphs of unknown purpose. His aura causes panic in ebons and brainwasters. He first met a member of the Murder of Crows (In Feral Mortis) while on June 1st 905 SD, during a visit to Cloak Division HQ.

Roz, Slayers Crib, SCL 7F – Roz is a special officer at Slayers Crib. Operatives under ‘pending’ status can be assigned to her so as to more easily screen what BPN’s they receive. Roz has been working with Pending 47 since early march, and has been in a decidedly better mood since they completed a white BPN on June 1st 905 SD.

Matt Davis – Barman at the Loud Holler, Sector 59, level 6, Lower Downtown. The poor man who opened his bar one morning to soon make the aquaintance of the Murder of Crows, always cooperative, regardless of the good cop (Lynda) bad cop (In Feral Mortis) routine. He is recently enjoying the piece and quiet of a lack of NFD gang members in his area.

The NFD – a gang from Lower Downtown who wear black and green as their colours. They have been implicated with dark knight, following investigations (of a sort) by the Murder of Crows, but remain active. Their cells in sector 59 have taken substantial losses, and may even have been totally eliminated. THey have no affiliated gangs, and swear affiliation to no gang. NFD is reported to stand for the New Fuji Directive. The significance of this name has not been established.

Barney – Intern at channel 22 – Barney is currently doing work experience with Ruby Mulligan’s news team, mostly helping out the technical producer, Doug. Barney is 16 years old and is studying as a media operative at Meny. He first met the Murder of Crows at the June 2nd Gorezone, where he ran errands for them to collect various combat drugs. On June 3rd he takes up the mantle of sound man for Ruby, following the death of Frank, who spent 2 minutes too long behind a corridor seal in the sewers.

Krosstown Traffick (KT) – The single largest gang in Mort city, they control more than 25% of lower downtown, and are made up of the core KT gang based in Heartland (somewhere around level 15 of Lower Downtown) and a myriad of affiliate gangs.
