We’re back!!! Classes will be starting for semester 1 on Wednesday 15th of October (that’s week 3) from 1pm to 3pm. The classes are for all levels. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or if you’ve been training a while, we cater for everyone. As usual, you should probably bring a towel, a bottle of water and wear loose clothes so you can kick without getting a wedgie…!
