Information for those interested in competing in the event
- The event is ideal for overseas competitors who arrive / depart from Dublin
Airport.

Stage starts, accommodation and race HQ are all within 20 mins drive of Dublin Airport.

will organise accommodation close to the airport and the race HQ
@ circa. €35 per person per night B&B.

It is not necessary for riders, teams and managers to have motor vehicles with them.
The race organisation will provide transport for :-
- picking-up and dropping off riders and team officials (and bikes) to/from the airport.
- bringing team officials from their accommodation to the race HQ
- bringing team officials around the course on stage 3
- broom wagon & neutral service (teams: please bring a set of wheels for neutral service)
- Air fares to / from Ireland are inexpensive - sometimes as
low as €35 (one way). Airlines operating to Dublin include
Aer Lingus, Ryanair, British Airways, British Midland (BMI).

- If you are competing in the event, we suggest that you arrive Friday evening
/ night & that you depart either Sunday (late evening) or Monday morning.

- Race is open to teams ( of six ) and individuals.
- Over 60 riders competed in 2004.
- Prize Fund circa. €1,500.
