It was that time again, one of three days of the week Liete meets with the Kaiser to fulfill her duty and job. As she advances towards the Kaiser's Private Conference chambers, she thinks of the strategy she's worked so hard to devise, and wondering what it's all come to...this plan may destroy the lives of many...but it's not only her job, it's her duty to him. Kaiser Sigmund, the man responsible for her very job and comfortable life. He is like a big brother, or maybe a father to her...the only one she's ever truly at peace around...maybe it's because she's known him for so long. Her true parents had rarely been there for her as the Kaiser had...in fact, they were scared of her. Her unique ether, her pointed ears...what was she? Simply a demi-human? She sighed as she neared the chambers, her hand resting on the doorknob. A beautiful sound came from the room, the chords of an organ. The Kaiser was always such a wonderful master of the pipe organ. What would cause such a strange change in his demeanor? That day comes back, with the first thing he said when he told her his true desire...

"I've always told you I dreamed of something bigger...Kislev cannot prosper like this, Liete. You know it, I know it. This war is a waste...there is no reason to fight Aveh. Now we have peace talks between Aveh and Solaris...you know what this means to Kislev..."

Liete closed her eyes, her memory continuing to drift back as she repeats the rest silently to herself, "...this is not the way i've wished for peace, Liete. I now feel this is the perfect time to realize my lifelong dream as Kaiser...," she stops, the Kaiser's voice seemed to change tone after that...and she'd rather not recall that. Just as she said to Luka...once we begin, there's no turning back...

A young, 18-year old girl, one of the most influential people and cunning strategists the Kaiser has...how did she get into this position? She thinks back to her mother, who called her a monster when a portrait Liete painted of her came to life...then Kaiser Sigmund...who took her in after she displayed her intellect, and prompted her to further her study of strategy, eventually rising to Kislev's main strategist. Yes, Kaiser Sigmund became much like a big brother to her...but what if this leads to the ultimate demise of everything she ever loved? Kislev, Sigmund...even Tifa? She sighs, and opens the door...she suddenly winces as the music increases in volume, what was that she saw? An angel? Visions came like a blur, but stopped after merely an instant. She shook her head, she must be feeling woozy. She then walked in, and closed the door. She must be brave.
