This is the second problem in only a few days. (It was down from about 15:45 EST to 21:50 EST).

I've called technical support and they managed to get the connection back up quickly. However, they reported no problems with anyone else in the area.

Hopefully it will not happen again but if it does, I think I will lobby for a new Modem or something.
