While I premiered this thing on the IC boards, here's a little info. Yes, this is an event I'd say has more than a snowball's chance in hell of coming to pass. As far as the Gebler only rule goes, as in most bands, costumes are permitted, therefore uniforms are not required. It is relatively easy for anyone who wants to be involved in this to sneak in, Gebler or not, but should a faker win the competition, you'd better have a good cover story. ^_^
