Apparentlly so at this school...as I am jewish all we have is christmas stuff at the moment, which don't get me wrong is a great holiday for those of you who believe in it, and as such me and the small Jewish community are being forced to do stuff like acting in the Nativity for some odd reason that is known only to those of the administration...anyway my lack of being around should be rectified by this Sunday but I make no guarantees.

It personally offends me that some Christian communities do this-- especially since I am a Christian myself, and I make it my personal creed to respect other religions, and to not follow the motions of something if you don't truly believe it.

As trite as this sounds, that's why I built my charecter the way I did-- Ethos gave him a wonderful education, and promiced him much... but he simply didn't believe it, so he went to the meeker and weaker group.

Faith, no matter how much people strive to avoid it, has a massive part to play in our lives. If it were me, I would fight it tooth and nail... but reguardless, know that I side with you. You cannot force faith or religion on anyone-- at that point, it becomes tyranny.

Fortunately I have rectified the situation after I went to the administration...fortunately I'm no longer in Nativity, fortunately I found out why and it has to do with the fact I'm a good actor and one teacher wanted me to play a certain part..however we made her surrender me to the arms of freedom and thus I am saved...however Monday I have a hannukah party to help run so...I may not be in then.
