Well about my latest IC message, I recently was told that it appeared as if I was trying to force people to RP with me and this is not the case! And I am here to attempt (in my convoluted and elaborate way) to explain why it was not. This is in no way meant to offend anyone.

You see, I grew up with AOL chat RPing and MUDs, which had lots of people, or people who could travel all over the world and do lots of stuff all at once. Most of our 'scenes' were self-contained and more or less ended when one person had to leave, and our grand scale things which you would call TP's happened without having to form a committee. Now the latter of these problems can be seen quite clearly with my inept handling of the Unnamed TP which involves Solaris and the Yggdrasil. The former is clearly visible in the 'Dead of the Night' post. Now this was in no way meant to 'force' people to come to Nicolae's aid. I will admit this whole scene-freeze and 'slow movement' style of RP is new to me, so what the scene really was was a 'I'm here if you are bored' flag. I have since realized that such things are not easily taken in this sort of setting. I deeply apologize for any confusion or resentment this may have caused. I have absolutely no intention what so ever of causing people to do things against their will. So please forgive my mistakes, as I attempt to adjusts...

But if you are bored, please feel free to take up action, as it is not really fair in my eyes for certain characters to have to sit in one place forever. Billy comes to mind, though he may not /want/ to do anything, from this setting, it appears he /cannot/. I merely felt that other players would be able to freely move about. I will attempt to adjust to this. And now you understand what I meant by 'elaborate and convoluted' so I'll just end the note here.

Oh. If you're referring to the way in which Billy has been hanging about the Orphanage for quite some time, it's just that I've been considerably more busy on Sigurd than on him. I was going to plan something in which he goes for Primera, but Dominia should certainly be left alone for a while. X_x We also have no Jessiah or Stein. And I haven't felt that it would be terribly IC to have him move to other places and chat with other people over tea when his sister is sitting in one of the deadliest weapons on the planet, waiting for him to come for her.

Well actually... it wouldn't be OOC for him to drop by the Yggdrasil. X_X

Now I feel like I'm neglecting him.

But don't get the impression that I'm restrained by outside forces in any way. This inertia stemmed from my own inactivity on the character. X_x
