Nexo Non sat beside the remains of a Gear's head. He played with a small pebble he had brought with him from Dazil.

Non climbed into a small access hatch on the side of the gear's head and pulled out a small servomotor. He inspected it and threw it on the sand of the Aveh desert.

Nexo Non stopped a man on the streets of Dazil, asking him about the Aveh Digsites. The man mumbled something about a military and shoved off.
Non sighed and returned to the south gate.

Non was in the desert again. Another day was starting and still he had no way to get the digsites.

The seventh day of Non's travel away from the Ethos HQ was becoming as uneventful as the last six, and still no way to get to the digsites.

Non sat in a corner at the south gate of the small town. Even the Ethos gear shop was boring and secular. It was going to be another boring week.
