Join Up!

Fencing training leads to improved coordination, great cardiovascular fitness, sharpened reflexes, muscle tone, poise, and confidence. Whether as a hobby or a serious competitive sport, fencing is suitable for every active person.

Any DCU students wishing to join the fencing club can just turn up to one of our beginners' training sessions held every Wednesday from 6 - 7.30 in the main DCU sports hall. All you need are comfortable clothes (t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms) and runners.
