Past Works

The sell out show of last year "Never is an Awefully Long Time" from The Gaiety School of Acting's Youth Theatre Company is back. With a brand new cast the YTC under Charlotte Harrison are off to Kingston Upon Thames to take part in the International Youth Arts Festival in July.

Ok new update, so had 1st read through with cast for the Gaiety School of Acting's YTC show "Never is an Awefully Long Time" & im already dying to work on it. They are devising their own show this year with the wonderful Mary Kelly back again to write it with Charlotte Harrison. Mary previously wrote the "The Great Experimant" for the company back in 2007. I can't give anything away yet about the plot but, expect to see some faces you know outside there confort zones. It is fitting that this year marks 10 Years of the Company, with the "Old Guard" returning once again, with:

  • Charlotte Harrison: Directing
  • Dean Rodgers: Producing
  • Moyra D'Arcy: Lighting Design
  • Ashleigh Chaney: Set Design
  • As well as yours truely on sound.

Here is a video of Spartacus, the last show I worked on with Whiplast productions. This is only part one of the show the other 7 parts can be watched on YouTube here: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. I spent most of the show putting more & more layers of blood on untill the main battle scene where you can see me at the back with the angle grinder.

Here is a video of War of the Roses III. The last production in a series of three done by Whiplash Production, the trilogy was presented at the Dublin Fringe Fest over the course of three years. This is only part one of the show the other 6 parts can be watched on YouTube here: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The rain started an hour before the show was due to start but we were determined to go on, the rain probable made the show. It added a much darker deeper atmosphere to the occasion that we probably wouldn't have gotten from a fine or snowy day.
