These are the henchmen for my mordheim warband who double as my shade unit for warhammer. For mordheim the ones with crossbows are corsairs and the ones without are shades. The shades with two weapons are made by removing the crossbow and driliing a pin through the hand. I then cut the pin to the appropriate lenght and covered it in green stuff to shape the curving blade. Simple but good looking.
