Redbrick VM (RBVM) is a VM management utility that allows multiple users to access and control their own VMs, and administrators to manage what those users can do. It is designed for a shared system (such as on Redbrick), where there is a need to provide VMs as a service to untrusted users.
It currently uses Linux KVM as a hypervisor, but is intended to be able to support any hypervisor in the future.
Source code is available on a Redbrick mercurial repository at hg.redbrick.dcu.ie/rbvm. If you want to contribute to the code base, just PM me about it.
Debian packages (pre-built and source packages) are available from the Redbrick apt repository at packages.redbrick.dcu.ie.
Bug tracking is done on Redbrick's bugzilla at bugzilla.redbrick.dcu.ie. Redbrick members can log in and file new bugs; other users should email me (my username [it's in the URL] at redbrick.dcu.ie).
