Championship Guidelines as issued by CAO.

(1) All Clubs are responsible for the conduct of their players and their supporters both on and off the pitch.

(2) clubs must ensure that their championship venues are of an appropriate standard and they must inform thier opponents and the referee of the venue in plenty of time.

(3) All Clubs hosting a championship game must produce a programme for the press and the public in attendance. Prominant recognition of sponsors must be given in every programme.

(4) Team managers/officials must observe the following rules:-
(i) No incursions onto the pitch without the referees permission.
(ii) No interferance with opposition players may it verbal or physical.
(iii) Substitutes, Officials must not stand along the line and impede the linesman.

(5) The rules of sponsorship relogos etc as per official guide must be observed.

(6) Both teams will look after the referee, travel expenses will be covered by the CAO.

(7) In all championship games before the weekend extratime will be played (2x15 minutes) and then if both sides are level there will be replay.

(8) With the growth fo college website official/unofficial, clubs are reminded that they are responsible for the conduct of their supporters. A Filtering or editing process should be introduced to avoid obscenities and offensive articles.

(9) There can be no change in the dates for chamionship unless there is agreement from both clubs.

(10) If there is a jersey clash then both teams must change.

If other issues arise then we would ask clubs to use common sense and to keep in contact with feidhm coiste CAO.
