The Uugkii on the isle of Sraapa are a hunter gathering society. Some wander freely in Nomadic families in the forest. Others have settled in the Sraapa Jarldom, where they live in a crude village.

Sraapa Jarldom is ruled by a Jarl. The Jarl changes hands when another Uugkii, who's bigger and tougher then the current Jarl, decides his way is better (Thump).

In 655 Jarl Braag convert to the Religion of the Gyda. Since then Sraapa has prospered with more families coming to it from the forest. Some Uugkii have even left Sraapa to live in other Gyda villages.
