Highlights of the 2003 cycle race.... 
  • Fantastic overall victory by Angie Hunter (GS Strada - UK), where she proved her ability to dominate on the flat, against the clock and in the hills.  Angie had previously won this event in 1996.
  • Excellent performances by Cheryl Fischer (Cycling Ulster) as overall runner-up and by Louise Moriarty (Ireland) in winning the QOH (mountains competition).
  • A very strong performance from Leinster who took the team prize.
