Research: The World-Wide Mind
The world-wide mind is a research project, which attempts to form a framework for allowing work on AI/Alife to be distributed over the internet. It works on the premise that AI is too large a problem for any one research group to solve, and allows for sharing and benchmarking of work between research groups.

A Paper was presented at The 6th European Conference on Artificial life [ECAL-01] in September 2001. I also presented a poster describing the first implementation of the system at that same conference.
A number of papers have been submitted to other conferences by myself, Ray, Mark and Ciaran, and we are currently seeking funding for the project.
