8 February 2007 - Week 1
DCU One World Society kicked off the first semester with international get-togethers, much party-hopping and a memorable fundraising event for UNICEF. As part of Comedy Week, we threw a spectacular UNICEF party in the Hub, with 3 euro drinks, cheesy pop songs from around the world and a bunch of intoxicated students dancing all over the place. The night was a big success and we raised 230 euro for UNICEF! Cheers everybody!

For some parties this semester we joined forces with BBL2 and had a ball! Let me just say casino nights with sexy bouncers and to-die-for cocktails (thanks, lads!), some fiery Christmas entertainment, delicious booze and new hair cuts.

The second semester will see interesting talks and more fun stuff to come.
Join us, rock with is and most of all be cosmopolitan!
