APRIL FOOLS DAY...Goat gets Oyster twice with pranks. Allison tries but fails and Oyster
gets his mother back in revenge. Goat and Oyster finish work and Goat gets a new 2 month
contract with another job doing data entry....he is very pleased!
Apr 02: Saturday
Plans to go to the zoo are quashed by phil having to work. Lazy afternoon is had in front
of the telly
Apr 03: Sunday
Oyster rings local rugby club and decides to become a member. He begins on tuesday. Goat
is watching more football matches and decides to join his club with phil at a cost of 350
big ones
Apr 04: Monday
Goat starts new job which is cool. He is working with 50 year old ladies you love him. Goat
has his eye on one 64 year old called Ethyl. Oyster starts the job hunt to no success...
Later Shea is in touch and Oyster plans 2nd date
Apr 05: Tuesday
Oyster finally gets some leads on jobs and has 2 interviews set up for the morning....Goat
awaits new hot lady in his firm expected to join....she arrives and is 54....Goat is loving
the action. Later Oyster is offered job as a post man for the mayor again but it is declined
.... Oysters postie days are behind him. Later Oyster gets boots, socks and gumshield and goes
rugby training with the Brisbane Bulldogs. Oyster is in much pain now!
Apr 06: Wednesday
Oyster goes to many interviews and misses 2 jobs by being unavailable. Later a job interview
comes to Goat that sounds good. Goat is working and passes it on to Oyster. Oyster has
interview for it in the morning. On the return home it is discovered that WWE wrestling is
in town on the 7th. Oyster cancels date and Phil Goat and Oyster are off to the wrestling!!
Apr 07: Thursday
Wrestling day and Oyster starts the day by receiving news that chelsea hockied Bayern 4-2.
A job Fat Mackys Arsenal could not achieve (*loosers*).....Oyster gets offered a 2 month job
contract as an admin and after it he sees stacy kiebler and chris benoit in town! Later fellow
WWE fans r met on the train and some crazy ex wrestler explains recent event in the WWE (were
a bit rusty) Edge, Christian, HHH, Jerico, Kane, Benoit, Ric Flair, Hurricane and many more
fight. Goat Oyster and Phil sit next to fat racist dude!
Apr 08: Friday
Oyster decides to bask in final day off and spends all day playing computer games. Later
Goat joins him and movies are watched.
Apr 09: Saturday
Oyster visits family club in the valley. There he visits the famous Ice Bar which is a bar
made of ice. Drink are drank out of ice glasses and club is explored. Fire bar, space bar
and others also found. Phil and Ruth go out on date.
Apr 10: Sunday
Oyster, Goat, Phil and Ruth head to Indoorpilly where much shopping is done and Easter eggs
are bought cheap. Later Zoolander is taken in with lots of chocolate.
Apr 11: Monday
Oysters first day of work, leaves him confused as to what his job is. Oyster spends most of
the day passing hours, then heads home early.
Apr 12: Tuesday
Oyster returns to his job and once again is doing a bit of this and that, Oyster wonders
why they need him....then forgets swiftly and fills in his time sheet:) Later Oyster goes
rugby training and pulls his Ham String. Goat goes to training and still has no international
clearance.....bad words are made of derek organ!
Apr 13: Wednesday
Oyster still injured...so work kicks in and oyster does a job standing all day. All of a sudden
oyster is busy! Later a movie is taken in (Saraha). Its ok, Oyster gets a robots cup to take home!
Apr 14: Thursday
Oyster is flooded in work and does his first 8 hour day! Food is running low and Oyster is
being inventive making jam and egg sandwiches. Goat injured himself at training, but still
has no international clearance.
Apr 15: Friday
TGIF and after work phil, ruth, nat, dave goat and oyster and others all go to a pub where
its 2.50 a pint (called the exchange). Since that works out as about 1.50 euro....this offer
is abused. Pool in played and Goat and Oyster start the sharking by winning the first game.
Later Goat fires Oyster and hires Dave. They claim to play a psycological pool game and win
against sharks. Aussi dude with the surname "McMahon" talks to us and ask us if we know any
of his ancestors. Stupid Macky! Later we go to Adreniline nightclub where Oyster tries out
his french skills on French girl Sandrine. The Scotch appear at the club too and Oyster wins
sandles.
Apr 16: Saturday
Goat and Oyster go to Sea World! Many rides are gone on and many wierd fish are seen. Oyster
likes the seals but fails in the search for the Golden Seal! Later Goat and Oyster get into
the Shark tank and go snorkling with Sharks. This is quite scary although the dangerous sharks
are kept in another tank! Later Goat and Oyster stop sharking to get some chips and drinks!
On return home Oyster goes to Birdie Naw Naw's club. Queue is long and crew are already inside
so Oyster meets girls in the Queue who make him VIP and queue is skipped. The secret password
was Hawaii!
Apr 17: Sunday
Goat and Phil finally have international clearance and are invited to play in home soccer game.
Goat still injured but hopes he can play anyhow....Game ends 4-0 loss and both lads appear
depressed for the night. Oyster eats pie!
Apr 18: Monday
Back to work and planning begins for the coming Fraser Island weekend. Oyster books accomadation
in the Sandy Cove Hostel for all.
Apr 19: Tuesday
Oyster returns to rugby and gets beaten up in the many rucks and malls. Oyster realises he
is no longer the rugby player type and announces his professional retirement from the sport.
Apr 20: Wednesday
Shae comes over to watch movies with Oyster while Goat and Phil play another match. Ruth
watches the game and arrives home late after drinks with mates and meets shae for the 2nd time!
The lads loose the match once again.
Apr 21: Thursday
Another boring day at work is followed by a great Lost episode....Oyster is roped into
throwing a party for leaving work person in the morning...
Apr 22: Friday
Oysters leaving party is a complete success as Oyster adds caterer to his CV. After work
the car is loaded up and the crew all head to Noosa, where the Sandy Cove Hostel Awaits.
Noosa is very posh and hostel is like one from LA. Beers are had while playing Poker and
watching Not Another Teen Movie.
Apr 23: Saturday
The crew are up early and are picked up by a custom made 4X4 coach which drives them via
the forest to the Ferry to Fraser Island. The crew are in a dorm with crazy militant, Brady,
who has just returned from Iraq and reminds the crew of Lt Pile from Full Metel Jacket. A blue
water lagoon is the first stop then the crew visit a rain forest and later Oyster retires to
bed early as the rest all have beers and play cards.
Apr 24: Sunday
Another early morning had and Aunt Betty (name of our 4X4) is loaded up and we all head to
a ship wreck site on the Island. We are noticing sand is everywhere here as it is the largest
sand Island in the world. We later head to a red water lake where Oyster sees 2 turtles in my
scuba mask. Goat injured his knee a few times and then we all head to Indians Head. Which is
a tall cliff edge where we are supposed to be able to see New Zealand....this is later proven
to be a myth! Later much drinking is done by all and Oyster goes missing, presumed eaten by a
dingo....all alarms are false, and Oyster is found asleep.
Apr 25: Monday
Final Day on the Island and Lake Wabbi is visited. Its a lake surrounded by sand dunes and
rainforest so the body board is used to slide down the sand dunes into the lake. Large cat
Fish are hunted and later cricket is played. We See differant colour sands and make wishes on it.
Then the long trip home is made. The 4X4 drives mainly on the beach home as it did in fraser
island. (its highway is a beach). We arrive home and 6 and an early night is taken by all.
Apr 26: Tuesday
Back to work Tuesday, and Oyster finishes the basement in work. Fitness plan started again by
Oyster!
Apr 27: Wednesday
Phil Ruth Goat and Oyster all go to the TV reatuarant, La Louvre!! Its on an aussi reality
show! Eat like kings then the TV cameras came in and 3 reviewers arrived in. All girls from
the opposing restaurants were the judges. Goat Oyster and Phil choose from an international beer
selection
Apr 28: Thursday
Lost thursday and things are really heating up in the Jungle....Lads play football and ruth
joins a new gym. Oyster goes for a run
Apr 29: Friday
TGIF and we celebrate by playing Phil and Ruths new monopoly set. After much wit and cunning
the Goat is crowned monopoly champion......for now.....
Apr 30: Saturday
Goat and Oyster head to Byron Bay. Upon arrival Goat and oyster see busses going to NimBin...
with no tickets are pre made plans....the Goat and Oyster end up with a one way ticket on a bus
to a hippy festival in hippy town central. After much partying a return bus is found (last 2
seats) sleeping on the street in no longer and issue
