75th Annual Academy Awards - March 23rd
2003 |
| 26th March 2003 |
Well, I missed the live broadcast because I was at an amazing party
(note: the party was not, repeat _not_ amazing), but judging from the
highlights it was pretty boring, the biggest surprise being that Eminem
is now an "Oscar Winner". The big losers of the night were
undoubtedly 'Gangs of New York', who didn't win a thing. Steve Martin
was good, but as usual
he's no Billy Chrystal. Hopefully next year won't need to be "toned
down", whatever that means.
