Hey is RedBrick's form of instant messaging. I'd be willing to best it's the single most used command on RedBrick. Usually hey is used for general conversation or boring stuff like arranging lunch. Occasionally you'll receive a real gem, noteworthy because it's funny, weird or clever. Most people keep a copy of the best heys and call the resulting collection a heyfile.
