Training Info:
Want to learn to throw, catch and cut? Need to practice that all-elusive layout D? Come along to training and practice your ultimate skills. All you'll need to bring is a light and a dark coloured t-shirt, some water and the appropriate footware...
Indoor Training:
This takes place in the Main Hall of the Sports Complex on Thursdays for beginners and the women's team. On Fridays we have a game day where anyone is welcome to attend. Any old pair of runners will do you for this.
Fitness Training:
While we have no set times for this as of yet, we will have sessions for anyone wishing to improve their fitness.
Outdoor Training:
This occurs every Wednesday. Go into Albert College Park from the DCU Avenue, go straight past the playground and the tennis courts and you'll see a field on your left hand side, probably filled with people throwing frisbees. Bring football boots if you have them, it can get a bit slippy. It's Ireland after all.
Astro Training:
This is a session for experienced players and those wishing to play on the first team at major tournaments. It is designed to be quite intense and it is expected that all attending players have a good grasp of Ultimate.
