Hello to you
As you probably know, myself and Andy went off on a trip to Oz for 9 months. On the way over, we stopped in Hong Kong for a week and Singapore for 5 days. On the way home we took in New Zealand, Fiji, Los Angeles and San Francisco. We left on Nov 3rd, 2004 and arrived home August 9th, 2005
This website
Basically, all I used this site for was uploading photos while I was away. I'm far too lazy to have a blog (but Andy's done one) that I'd have to update regularly, this was just so folks back home could see that I was alive and to a lesser extent, what I was up to.
To view my travel photos, click the link on the left. I uploaded as often as possible thinking friends were actually checking this site. How wrong I was *nods*

* Nov 03rd 2004: I go away today for 9/10 months, all I can think is how much I hate Macky
* Nov 04th 2004: Arrive some many thousands of miles from home, in Hong Kong
* Nov 10th 2004: Arrive in Singapore
* Nov 15th 2004: Left Singapore (If you've ever been, you'll understand why this is a landmark)
* Nov 16th 2004: Landed in Oz (Sydney), "It's Go time!"
* Nov 23rd 2004: Spoke to Rage Mage, he said he's in love. Barry has never been more gay
* Dec 08th 2004: Moved into apartment in Melbourne, sweet as
* Dec 25th 2004: Chrismas 2004 in Sydney. Fox informs me Mullingar is under snow, I feel good
* Dec 27th 2004: Just been talking to Macky on Yahoo messegner, I *really* hate him
* Dec 31st 2004: Brought in the New Year with Tenacious D - I got one of Kyle's Plecs, sweet
* Feb 04th 2005: Start 1st day of work on Australian soil, I'm a Data Enterer - it's what I do
* Mar 07th 2005: Win $40 on Fischella at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, great day out
* Mar 09th 2005: We leave our home of 3 months Melbourne, for Ayres Rock
* Mar 14th 2005: Land in Brisbane and move in with Phil & Ruth (class apt + Xbox = drool!)
* Mar 17th 2005: Happy Paddys Day! Tour of all Irish bars in Brisbane is done, helluva night
* Apr 01st 2005: Sucker Macky on an April Fools, convincing him im 14 Stone (haha never fatty!)
* Apr 04th 2005: Being the best darn Data Enterer there is, I start a 2 month contract today
* Apr 23rd 2005: 3 Day tour of Fraser Island begins - If you ever come, go here - beautiful
* Apr 29th 2005: Another long weekend, this time down to Nimbin and surfing in Bryon Bay
* May 09th 2005: Join Brisbane City Council as a "Content Migration Officer" (alot more techy)
* May 22nd 2005: 1st goal for Taringa, 19 yard stunner top right corner - dedicated to Eimear ;)
* Jun 06th 2005: Put up a little backround page on Philip John Osman
* Jun 13th 2005: Parental units & sis Emma arrive into Brisbane as part of their 3 week Oz tour!
* Jun 23rd 2005: The birthday of the Oyster is celebrated, he turns 25 (half way dead)
* Jun 25th 2005: Rovers give me a send off involving a dancing lady, a strawberry, foam & fire!
* Jul 01st 2005: We set off on the voyage home - leaving Brisbane to sail the Whitsundays
* Jul 06th 2005: Reach Cairns after 3 days sailing - Coral reef now growing out of my ankle :/
* Jul 09th 2005: Begin 2 days Scuba at the Great Barrier reef, we're now certifed PADI divers
* Jul 12th 2005: We knew this day would come - After 8 months we depart Australia for NZ :/
* Jul 19th 2005: G.O.A.T does a Sky Dive over Lake Wanaka (South Island), Un-be-lieve-able!! * Jul 26th 2005: Landed in Fiji for a week of relaxing, fine weather and drinking games!
* Aug 06th 2005: The birthday of the G.O.A.T is celebrated in San Francisco, I am 24
* Aug 09th 2005: It is over. We are home.
