The Beginning...
These are the set of those logs between when Brin first arrived in Aveh, to when he was introduced to, and welcomed to the pirate base. It...took a while.
The Quiet Newcomer [16/10/2000] (IC) (OOC) - Brin arrives in Dazil, and tries to settle in, among the bustle of the lucky avenue bar. (He basically just sits there, and is shy. What a wuss.)
Settling In [19/10/2000] (IC) (OOC) - With the bar less crowded, Brin gets to know one or two of the regulars. Dakota he has met before, and Casske, whom Brin is trying to hide his affiliations from. (No need, though, as Dakota then blurts it out, revealing that Casske doesn't really care. :))
The Awkward Intruder [30/10/2000] (IC) (OOC) - While on one of his bored walks around the base, Brin bumps (almost literally!) into Fei, Margie, and Sigurd. Mother of Nisan, meet a random Etone, wandering around the (predominantly of Nisan faith) pirate base. Does he not look out of place? No-one seems to notice. :)
The Awkward Intruder, Part Deux [3/11/2000] (IC) (OOC) - In a similar fashion, Brin meets Fei and Elly. Wishing to be the nice frindly Etone he is, he starts a conversation, in which he notices the...-thing-...between the other two. And gets a bit embarassed. Still, not showing it is no problem for him, and he continues his pleasant conversation.
The...*what*...??? [12/11/2000] (IC) (OOC) - Brin, on deciding it's not all that much cooler -outside- the base, is about to give up on the "fresh air" idea, when a...strange...thingy appears from the desert, chasing a small ball of fur. Brin meets Khiea for the first time.
Awkward Intruder No More! :) [19/11/2000] (IC) (OOC) - Brin finally meets, recognises, and manages to properly introduce himself, and talk to Sigurd, and is welcomed onto the base by the sand Pirates. The aftershock from his sigh of relief could be heard for miles.
