Paintball Trip to Wicklow - 10th March '04

Thirty one thrill seekers assembled in the circle outside the Helix for a day of Camo, Courage and Craziness. And let's not forget the paint. Busses brought us all out to Wicklow where we hiked through a sheep's field to get to the CrossFire forest. Hot and cold drinks were provided before we put on our camo suits and visors, then locked and loaded our weapons. Four games were played in total; Capture the Flag and Fort Attack (with teams swapping sides in each game). A BBQ meal was provided half-way through: Beans, Burgers and Spuds. The heroine of the day was Antonia Dantcha who managed to capture a flag in the last Fort Attack game and win the title for her team.

Final scores: Blue-63 Orange-60.
